Can you tell me where your products are made?
We work with a print-on-demand company. Due to their worldwide presence, our nearest facility will handle printing and shipping!

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?
In general, an order is confirmed and  dispatched in 3–7 days. Depending on your location, shipping times can be estimated as follow

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Canada: 2–6 business days

During sales period, we try our best to ship all orders on time. Due to high demand, we apologize if there are any delays.

Where will my order ship from?
Our company has a worldwide network of on-demand order fulfillment facilities!

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order dispatches , you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can reach us at contact@herandpower.com if you have any questions about your tracking or shipment.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Please accept our deepest apologies for any damage your order may have suffered. In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please send us photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about the order at contact form here. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
In order to better assist you, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Make sure the delivery address is correct in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contact your local post office to find out if the package has been delivered
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If you found a mistake in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping is your responsibility.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, please contact us here.

We will be happy to assist you with any shipping issues you may encounter in our FAQs section. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any losses or damages once your order has been dispatched. To ensure safe and timely delivery of your purchase, the customer must follow the tracking information provided and contact the relevant postal service. While we will do our best to assist you in retrieving an item, we cannot provide a replacement or refund until the item has been successfully returned or confirmation has been received that it has been returned.

Is my order subject to customs charges?
Orders placed internationally may be subject to additional customs and tax fees. You should check with your local customs office directly to see if duties or taxes are applicable to your purchase. Customs policies differ widely from country to country, so please check directly with your local customs office.
